Blue Jasmine

The concept for Blue Jasmine was born in the ingredients, specifically a beautiful organic jasmine extract and an amazing blue lotus absolute. These are both unique and lovely florals that seemed to be better suited as topnotes. Once the idea of pairing these came to me, I desperately wanted to be able to continue the jasmine/lotus theme and create a heart note blended of jasmines and lotuses. To the heart I added ylang ylang absolute for a bit of sweetness and lift and a tiny touch of blue chamomile for its sweet richness and just because. Aged Bourbon vetiver in the base has a nearly floral note and is paired with a beautiful sandalwood from New Caledonia.
Top notes: Jasmine extra and blue lotus absolute.
Heart Notes: Absolutes of jasmine grandiflorum, jasmine sambac, jasmine auriculatum, white lotus, and pink lotus, blue chamomile essential oil and ylang ylang absolute.
Base Notes: Sandalwood from New Caledonia, aged Bourbon vetivert, ambergris absolute tincture and cypriol in the base.
